Petly Plans
Here at Country Walk Animal Hospital we strive to assist our clients with the best care possible for their pets. We provide affordable pet health care plans with customized options for your pets needs. Now you might ask yourself "What exactly is a preventive care plan?", well the answer is quite simple. Preventive Care Plans help you save money on the preventive healthcare you were already planning for your furry family members. You get the opportunity to provide your pets with the best care possible while being able to make 12 affordable monthly payments. With being a member of our Petly Plans each member will also receive additional discounts on eligible items that are not included in the plan you have chosen for your pet.
Are preventive Care Plans like Insurance?
A preventive care plan is definitely not like an insurance plan. They're actually better ! Unlike insurance programs that require payment for coverage that you may never use, our preventive care plans provide the necessary preventive healthcare services when needed. Each plan is affordably priced and the cost is conveniently divided over a 12 month period.
When considering if enrolling your pet in a Health care Petly Plan is ideal for you, you might want to consider the follow questions:
-Will you visit the veterinarian two or more times a year?
-Do you want your pet to be current with vaccinations?
-Are you planning to spay or neuter your pet?
-Does your pet's breed or genetic history suggest you watch for specific health concerns?
Wellness Plan Overview for Kittens and Puppies
Puppies and Kittens inherit a natural immunity from their mother that helps protect them from birth until about 6 weeks of age. After 6 weeks, your pet depends on you to continue that protection until their own immune system is fully developed.
A Wellness PLan is designed to continue that protection by providing all wellness services necessary to carry your young pet through the important first year of life. Our puppy and kitten plans include all essential examinations, vaccines, lab work and other tests recommended in the first year of life.
If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, there is a plan that includes the pre-surgical blood work, hospitalization for the day, surgical procedure, post-surgical follow ups and medical progress communication.

Preventive Care Plan Overview for Adult Dogs and Cats
Dogs and cats age at a much faster rate than people. For every year that you age, your dog or cat can age the equivalent of 6 to 8 years. Your pet's medical and nutritional needs change as their bodies age. A wellness plan helps manage their evolving healthcare needs by monitoring vital organ function and detecting problems early, before they become life threatening.
Every Adult Wellness Plan offered by Country Walk Animal Hospital includes all examinations, vaccines, laboratory tests and other services essential to help protect your pet against illness and disease.
An upgraded plan is designed to provide additional services like routine dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and more extensive blood work. Our goal is to keep your pet healthy and happy during the prime years of his or her life.
Adult Wellness Plans are designed for pets older than 7 month of age.
